The Nigeria Safety and Civil Defence Corps, Kwara Condition Command, has arrested 3 suspects, together with an 81-year-old guy known as Adeleke Oke, and two others for allegedly defiling a 12-year-old woman in Offa, Kwara Condition.
The alternative suspects are Sikiru Lawal (37) and Moshood Ayinde (37).
