Ministerial nominees have begun the documentation procedure forward in their screening and affirmation through the Senate, prepared to begin nowadays (Tuesday).

Lado mentioned, “Nominees have been already filing related paperwork as the primary within the line of procedures for the screening and affirmation of ministerial nominees.
“The nominees are expected to be screened and confirmed by the Senate in compliance with Section 147 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (as Amended).”
The Senate won President Bola Tinubu’s formal request for the screening and affirmation of 7 ministerial nominees latter Thursday.

The nominees indexed within the President’s letter are Dr Nentawe Yilwatda as Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Aid; Muhammadu Maigari Dingyadi as Minister of Labour and Act; Bianca Odinaka Odumegwu-Ojukwu as Minister of Order, International Affairs, Dr Jumoke Oduwole as Minister of Trade, Industry and Building, Idi Muktar Maiha as Minister of Farm animals Building, Yusuf Abdullahi Ata as Minister of Order, Housing, and Dr Suwaiba Mentioned Ahmad as Minister of Order, Schooling.
In his letter, President Tinubu asked hasty attention of the nominees through the Senate.
