The All Progressives Congress (APC) has congratulated Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on the occasion of her 65th birthday, describing her as a steadfast pillar of support to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and a mother to the nation.
In a statement issued on Sunday by Felix Morka, its National Publicity Secretary, the ruling party praised the First Lady for her unwavering dedication to her family, the country, and humanity.
“Beyond her role as a loving wife and caring mother, Senator Remi Tinubu has been a steadfast pillar of support to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, throughout his remarkable journey of public service,” the party said.

It added, “From Mr. President’s days as a pro-democracy activist, as Governor of Lagos State, and now as President, the First Lady has remained an inestimable treasure of support and dependable ally, for which our nation is.
The APC described Tinubu as a devoted Christian, philanthropist, and astute politician who has touched countless lives through initiatives such as the Renewed Hope Initiative and the New Era Foundation.
“On the banner of these and other platforms, Her Excellency has provided scholarships, healthcare support, empowerment to women and youths, and extended welfare to senior citizens, widows, and other vulnerable Nigerians,” the statement noted.
Prof. Nentawe Yilwatda, the party’s National Chairman, members of the National Working Committee, and millions of APC members nationwide were said to have joined the First Family in celebrating the milestone.
“We pray God to grant her excellent health, strength, grace and wisdom in her continued devoted service to family, country and humanity. Congratulations, Your Excellency!” the statement concluded.
