The Imo Condition Space of Meeting has known as for the elimination of the condition’s Well-known Pass judgement on, Theresa Chikeka, over allegations of life falsification.
A four-man ad-hoc committee investigated the petition and located that Chikeka falsified her life from October 27, 1956, to October 27, 1958.
The Chairman of the Committee and Space Committee Chairman on Knowledge and Judiciary, Ikenna Ihezuo, occasion presenting the investigation document at the committee of the entire Space, described the work as rude misconduct.

The Meeting’s answer beneficial that Governor Hope Uzodinma take away Chikeka from workplace, as stipulated within the charter.
“In consequence, the Committee beneficial that the Governor of the condition, Senator Hope Uzodinma, will have to take away the Well-known Pass judgement on of the condition, Honourable Justice Theresa Chukwuemeka Chikeka, from workplace for misconduct in step with the division 292 of the 1999 charter (as amended).
“In addition, the Committee ruled that the House resolution on the issue be forwarded to National Judicial Commission (NJC) for further action,” the document concluded.
