Anyaonu added, “The Anambra State Government led by Prof Chukwuma Soludo, has not directed any persons to act as agents to sell these properties’.”
Consistent with him, officials of the Anambra Order Housing Building Company have since bodily posted Caveat Emptor posters at the 5 houses, and officially written to the Lands Registry in Enugu and the Enugu and Anambra states Police instructions.
He stressed out that anyone purporting to shop for any of the houses from the impostors is doing grave injury to himself.
