ErommaOse Nwokoro Foundation is meticulously selecting the best students from various skill acquisition training for their up coming graduation in April, 2026.
ErommaOse Nwokoro Foundation which has been at the forefront of empowering the younger generation to create meaningful employment opportunities will be graduating 50 to 100 students who prove to be exceptional in their different fields of training from designated skill acquisition academies.
Best students will be picked from various skill acquisition academy like Hairdressing, tailoring and fashion designing, makeup training among others.
According to Bernardette Erommaose Nwokoro, the Founder and CEO of ErommaOse Nwokoro Foundation, the target number of graduates can vary widely depending on the resources available and the length of the program.
“Over the years I have graduated over 300 students in various skills and at the moment I have close to 50 students that will be graduating in April 2026”, she said.
Speaking on how often she follows up on the graduated students after handing over start-ups kits, she said that the follow-up is as frequent as weekly to help monitor their progress and prevent them from relaxing into wasting the opportunity.
“I keep a close tabs on the students because money is involved and I need to know if they are wasting the resources that has been given to them, because after graduating we set them up at their various skills and follow up weekly to make sure they are not playing around”.
Nwokoro who has received a few awards for her contribution towards helping to keep young people off the streets through skill acquisition training shared that her inspiration came from recognizing the transformative power of skills training in enhancing livelihoods and fostering self-sufficiency.
