The Martins Amaewhule-led Rivers Situation Space of Meeting has accused Governor Siminialayi Fubara of breaching the provisions of the 1999 Charter as amended.
In a letter dated July 8, 2024, signed via its factional Speaker, Martins Amaewhule, and despatched to Fubara on Monday, the Space highlighted the governor’s movements that breached the Charter.
