A member of the Area of Representatives, representing Degema/Bonny Federal Constituency, Rivers Circumstance, Cyril Hart, on Tuesday throughout plenary, walked out of the golf green chamber nearest accusing the Deputy Speaker of discriminating towards brandnew participants throughout parliamentary debates.
