Tributes as Senate holds valedictory consultation for past due Ubah

The Senate on Tuesday at plenary paid sparkling tribute to past due Senator Ifeanyi Ubah, who died on July 26.

Ubah, born on September 3, 1971, represented Anambra South Senatorial District within the ninth and tenth senate.

Ubah, till his demise, used to be a member of the All Progressives Congress and Chairman, Senate Committee on Petroleum Downstream.

“He was a champion of the alleviation of the sufferings of others. Let us not just mourn, let us celebrate his life and times. He believed in and celebrated friendship.”

On his phase, Deputy President of the Senate, Senator Barau Jibrin, mentioned the chamber used to be in deep morning.
